1. No Returns

We do not accept returns on any products once an order has been delivered. Each piece is carefully checked for quality before dispatch. 2. No Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for size, color, style or change of mind. All orders are considered final once confirmed and paid for. Confirming your order means you accept this no-exchange policy.

3. No Refunds

We do not provide refunds under any circumstances, including for delays caused by courier partners. Payments made are non-refundable once the order is placed. Please read all product information and policies carefully before purchasing. In rare cases of severe damage in transit, you may contact us with clear photos within 24 hours, and we will review the case at our sole discretion.
